How you choose the right program

Step 1: Pick your weekly frequency

Choose the number of training days you can hit consistently. Programs range from 1 to 6 days per week — because you shouldn't have to modify a program to fit your availability.

Step 2: Match your environment

Home setup or full gym — your program should match what you actually have access to. Each version is built around the equipment most likely to appear in that setting, so you spend less time swapping movements in the app and more time training.

Step 3: Choose the appropriate level

Levels adjust exercise selection, complexity, and cycle length. Every level is designed to be run long-term — moving up is an option when you're ready, not a requirement.

How Programs Are Structured

The programs are comprised of Training Blocks. Each one runs for 4 weeks and has a primary focus.

Muscular Endurance

Higher reps to build work capacity, reinforce clean patterns, and accumulate quality volume.

Time Under Tension

Structured tempo weeks that sharpen control, positioning, and muscle tension while keeping loads sustainable.

Strength

Lower rep targets and slightly longer rests enable you to lift heavier without chasing max-effort lifting.

Max Strength & Power

Low-rep and superset training focused on building maximum strength and explosive power through efficient, high-intent work.
